“I informed the staff that I had to get up at 3:45am for a flight and needed a quiet dark environment, which I thought would be on the opposite side from the parking lot. Though presumably they were familiar with the workings of the hotel they placed, me on the pool side which was loud till 11pm which is when I called them. The young woman wasn’t aware of any disturbances though the front desk was not miles from the pool area.”
