“We had such a wonderful stay! This home is so cozy and welcoming. Everything was clean and comfortable, and the location was perfect for all our activities in Santa Barbara and Summerland. The porch swing is the perfect spot to enjoy a cup of coffee each morning.”

“We greatly enjoyed our stay at this Santa Barbara house with the grassy backyard and patio, perfect for outdoor dining. The house is in a quiet neighborhood, just a short drive from Hendry's Beach and the yummy Boathouse restaurant in one direction and downtown, wharf, and zoo in the other. The house was comfortable with great decor, well stocked with dishes/cookware in good condition and very clean but could have used minor repairs to the kitchen faucet (clogged head and neck wouldn't swivel)...

“This house was definitely in the top five (perhaps even three) of all the places I have stayed. It was perfect for our brief get away. Well stocked kitchen for making dinner, very comfortable beds with plenty of privacy and the outdoor seating around the fire pit was a great way to spend the evening. I would definitely stay here again the next time I find myself in Santa Barbara.”
