“An amazing studio on the second floor with a wrap-around deck, close to the beach, and surrounded by bars, wine tasting rooms and restaurants. Very responsive and thoughtful host. The apartment is fully equipped, and has beach chairs, towels, boogie board and even hats for your enjoyment. One thing to be aware is there is no AC (as per listing), so the place got a bit warm as the weather was unusually hot for this area. This did not bother us, and we really enjoyed our stay. “So impressed with this place. I figured it would be nice but once we got there we were blown away. It wasn’t just clean and beautiful, all the little touches really put it over the top. They had microwave popcorn, Nespresso coffee, wine keys, beach towels, makeup wipes, beach tar cleaning wipes to name a few. Also fantastic location to walk to anything you could want or need in Santa Barbara. We can’t wait to stay here again!! ”

“We had such a wonderful stay! This was our first visit to the area and we were so pleased with the location. It was so easy to get to State Street and all of the fun things Santa Barbara has to offer! There is also a B Cycle rack just out the door which made it convenient to jump on a bike and enjoy the city! The accommodations were fresh, clean, and just perfect! We plan to return soon! ”

“Very cozy and comfortable...it's on the small side, so was great for this trip, since I was traveling solo. Neighborhood is convenient to the freeway, but still nice and quiet. It doesn't have windows, other than in the door, so it doesn't have views or lots of sunlight, but is a great place as a basecamp in S.B.”

“We loved this place! It was very cute and cozy and the place exceeded our expectations with amenities and a fully stocked kitchen. The host was very responsive and was always ready to answer any questions we had. The location was perfect and right in the middle of downtown with an easy 10 min drive to the beach. We did notice a few things like the floor was a bit dirty, but there were slippers provided in the room that we were able to use and when we arrived there were a few dirty pillows but...

"Struttura tipo motel , parcheggio comodo in struttura . Camere piccole ma abbastanza curate , infissi vecchi ma quella sera c’era abbastanza silenzio . Condizionatore per caldo /freddo inutilizzabile perché troppo rumoroso, impossibile dormire . Colazione gratuita , molto basica : muffin , pane da tostare con nutella e marmellata , yogurt , uova sode e caffè / the / succhi . "
