“Very cute, small but very efficient room that was perfect for my dog and I. The bed was comfortable. I enjoyed the coffee in the morning and the shower/bathroom had everything I needed. I particularly loved walking the neighborhood and town of Summerland in the mornings. ”

“We love the Montecito area and the proximity to wonderful restaurants right down the street. Loved the high ceilings and cute patio which made the cottage feel spacious. It was charming and well appointed! I would absolutely come back to stay here again!”

“Martha was an amazing host and attentive to all our needs. Her cottage is a perfect little spot to stay for exploring Santa Barbara and surrounding areas. The outdoor space is great and neighborhood is beautiful. Would definitely stay here again!”

At more than 900 per night, our expectations were unfortunately not met in terms of communication, and we would not recommend a stay here.”

The fire pit is a wonderful feature for the cool coastal nights. Every bedroom has access to the backyard which is nice. I would highly recommend this house. "Struttura tipo motel , parcheggio comodo in struttura . Camere piccole ma abbastanza curate , infissi vecchi ma quella sera c’era abbastanza silenzio . Condizionatore per caldo /freddo inutilizzabile perché troppo rumoroso, impossibile dormire . Colazione gratuita , molto basica : muffin , pane da tostare con nutella e marmellata , yogurt , uova sode e caffè / the / succhi . "

"Classico Best Western a pochi minuti a piedi dalla spiaggia di Ventura. Camera spaziosa. La porta era difettosa e non si chiudeva bene, un addetto è venuto subito a cercare di sistemarla riuscendo a farla chiudere anche se a fatica. Piccola piscina a disposizione e discreta colazione."
