“We chose this hotel very last minute and we found a hidden gem! Location is excellent, literally 3 minutes walking distance from the beach. We absolutely loved the Spanish revival interior (floors and doors are gorgeous!), and the delicious breakfast!
We just left but we are already planning our next trip to Santa Barbara to stay at this amazing hotel!”

“What an amazing, peaceful stay at Simpson House! The staff was wonderful, making us feel extra special for our anniversary. They gave us helpful recommendations and were just so nice and wonderful. The grounds are absolutely beautiful. It’s like your staying in the middle of magical garden. It’s also walking distance to State St shops and restaurants. 5 stars all the way!”

“We decided to extend our trip, stay one more night and found this place and couldn’t have gotten luckier! It is absolutely adorable! The wallpaper, the outside patio, the kind ladies running it, all so beautiful! The breakfast provided was absolutely delicious and so nice of them to do. It is in a nice, quiet, slow area, perfect for a restful getaway. I already recommended it to a friend because of cute it was so if you are considering stay here, book it! You will not be disappointed!”
