We received an answer 2 hours later.The carpet needs to be replaced. Carpeted floors make no sense in a place like this with a climate like this. “Short drive to hikes and good restaurants. Nice view while eating breakfast at the house, and had a great breakfast at the Summerland Beach Cafe which is a short walk. If you make coffee, use the Krups over the Mr. Coffee which is very slow. The hosts were very responsive to questions. Would definitely stay here again!”

“The unit was nice, comfortable, clean. The management company failed to inform us that the complex had major construction going on and that the advertised heated pool and hot tub were not available. I would not rent a property managed by Casago again.”

We had a few hiccups but Ally, the host took care of everything immediately. I would recommend this Vrbo, with the caveat that you have to climb two flights of steps. Otherwise, it was just perfect. ”
