“We enjoyed our stay of 4 nights. Check in with Monique was great! She made us feel welcome and got us to our spacious, corner room fast. The complimentary breakfast was good. My only complaint is with housekeeping. For 4 nights we received one room clean and dishes were left in the sink unwashed and we noticed the sheets had not been changed and the carpets were not vacuumed.”

“Checked into room 216 and went to take a shower after 11 hours of driving. When I turned on the tub faucet, stuff came out of the drain: looked like someone had vomitted into the tub and the staff didn’t clean it. DISGUSTING! We were moved into a different room and it wasn’t the best in terms of cleanliness: dirt along the base of the shower, stuff on the walls.
