“Parking felt safe, 25$ incidental lol you can’t beat that. They should add another pool table and actually take care of it. That was the main reason I booked it, just to see a bunch of teenagers hogging it took the experience away. Also, try out pappadeauxs 11/10. Everything else was fine. ”

“Abbiamo soggiornato per una settimana in una stanza-studio dotata di cucina e bagno privato. Struttura dotata di tutti i comfort, compresa lavanderia gratuita e palestra. Pulizia ottima, staff molto cortese. Unici punti a sfavore sono: frigorifero molto rumoroso, stanza non grandissima, zona leggermente isolata (anche se a 5 min di auto si trova qualunque servizio)”

“Breakfast could have had a better selection. Your hotel room is actually 12.00 higher because of a parking fee. This includes handicap. There were plenty of parking spots. I’m tired of these extra fees since there are not very many amenities. ”

“Room was clean and pleasant. Front desk staff was wonderful, helpful and genuinely courteous and kind (quick, too) when we needed extra towels and bedding. Breakfast was great, one of the things we have come to really enjoy at Embassy Suites, and plenty of seating in the dining area and the lovely lobby. Pool was pretty cloudy though and the pool bathrooms were not very clean.”

“Actually there were some lady bugs and other kind of bugs on curtain. When requested for change in the rooms . Since they were fully booked they were not able to provide alternate and also they did t provide other alternative option too and I ba ent even got credits too. I have left the hotel at 1:00 am along with family and got another hotel booked.”

“Plaxe sucks. No microwave no fridge. Room was nasty. Ask to have it cleaned and they said staff off. We cleaned it ourselves. Ants in the room. Was a quick cheep stop for downtown Chicago. Should have stayed in the Laqunti or Hilton next door. My bad was to pick a place with my 3 and 9 year old. Wifes allergies are acting up.for dogs. Now in Niagara Falls and she sick.for the room. Dont go here unless your looking for a cheep place to stay. Buyer beware....”

“March 31, 2026 We booked for one night and stayed in the panoramic room! It is absolutely beautiful and a huge room. The room was very clean however the hallways and the room smell of older carpet. The rest of the building without carpet was very fresh.! staff was very attentive and spoke! We didn’t really use any amenities however we were told breakfast buffet was available for $18 and so was a bar!! I will be back for another staycation”

“Colazione nella norma. Camere pulite anche se in tre giorni non sono mai passati a pulire e sistemare la camera. Neppure cambiato gli asciugamani. Al secondo giorno sono dovuta andare io a chiederli puliti. Per il resto un po’ lontano da Downtown ma è stata una nostra scelta personale perché i prezzi in periferia sono decisamente più bassi”

“The property and the amenities were fine. Even the breakfast was good. My stay was on par until I discovered ants crawling out of the wall in my room bathroom. ”
