“The breakfast was not ascexpected”

“Front desk staff were so kind and warm...full of smiles. Sets the tone. Room was clean. Didn't try breakfast but coffee was delicious. ”

“The breakfast was better than a lot of free hotel breakfast and for the most part, the staff was friendly. The common areas were clean enough but our room left a bit to be desired. For example, you could see handprints in the dust above the lamp. The main issue that we had is that our room didn't get cleaned the entire 6 days that we stayed. The 3rd night, we went to the desk for clean towels. On the 5th morning we stoped by the desk on our way out to inquire why our room had not been cleaned...
