“We had our two dogs with us, and they loved the place. It is just beautiful! The owners were on-site; but this apartment is above their garage, and we didn't cross paths at all. Recommendation: Don't bring a lot of things to carry. The owners did state up-front that there are a lot of stairs. There are pots, pans, plates, bowls, glasses, utensils, serving pieces, and flatware. The floors are hardwood and tile in the bathroom. “My fiance and I were in town while I participated in the Indy mini. The location is perfect for anyone wanting to explore anything and everything downtown Indy. The 2 bed 2 bathrooms would provide plenty of room for a group of friends to stay jere ”

“Beautiful furniture, nice overall place, great walking distance to most things in a cute town! Only issue is it advertises two bathrooms and there are NOT two. We brought this up to management. They said they would correct this listing, but it has not been corrected. ”

“We enjoyed our stay at Urban Chic Townhouse in the downtown area of Indy. The beds were very comfortable, the bathrooms were very clean. Big screen TVs were a big plus during any downtime we had during our visit.”

The online registration was also irritating by having to scan your ID and take a selfie to confirm your identity. I ended up having to call the main office four times to finally get the proper instructions on how to enter the building. The check-in instructions were not accurate. “Excellent overall. Walking distance to the college and Lew Wallace study. Lots of history on the property alone to explore. Street parking only. My only complaint is that the windows are single pane glass and allow in a fair amount of ambient nose. ”
