“The room was clean and it was a comfortable temperature. The fridge and microwave were a great addition to the room. Absolutely loved the window seat in the room! Very nice touch. The hotel itself was getting remodeled, which made for some dust, noise, and workers in the lobby, but there were signs up explaining it so it wasn’t a big. problem. The price was good for the room.”

“The facility has 2 OTTIS Elevators. One has been out of service for a couple of weeks per manager on site. It was a nightmare getting up to the 6th floor and back down to the main level. wait time depending on time of the day was from 6 minutes to 14 minutes to get an elevator. And when you got on it was very crowed because people were getting on at any point and going up then back down or vice vers just to have a spot in the elevator. OTTIS Elevator Company surely would of had a part in the...
