“Front desk is closed from 11 pm to 7 am, and there cards as stated when I checked in the first time get de magnetified very easily, so I got locked out one night and couldn’t get into my room until 7 am . Room was decent , but not in a very nice area of Orlando and had many homeless people and sketchy people all around the perimeter . ”

“Business hotel vicino all’epic universe. Occorre la macchina per muoversi o andare a cena in quanto non ci sono ristoranti vicini all’albergo facilmente raggiungibili. Camera bella con letto comodo”

“Struttura pulita e impeccabile come tutti gli Hampton Inn… mi sarebbe piaciuto però trovare gli stessi servizi del Hampton Inn sull’ ‘ international drive che avevamo fatto 8 anni fa”

“Struttura molto bella a un passo dagli Universal Studios. La stanza era molto spaziosa con cucina completa di stoviglie e padelle. Letto comodo, bagno spazioso con bella doccia. Tutto molto pulito. Colazione buona ma con poca scelta.”

“We had gnats in our room and it smelled like weed so bad. I think maybe it was the people under us? I wish there were a hot tub on property and the splash pad area is lacking stuff for kids less than two years old and it was extremely cold. The rooms were overall clean though and very nice and spacious. ”

“The room was good with everything you need, the breakfast was decent. The only thing I didn't like at all was the sale of park tickets by a Universal employee inside the hotel itself. They sold me the tickets at an excessively high price without considering the fact that we live in Florida. Furthermore, we were not told that the park opened at nine for guests of this hotel and since we went in a hurry at 7:30, we then had to wait outside and having had breakfast in a hurry.”
