“New and clean. Perfect stay”

“Very grateful that this hotel had an actual functional (non-Tesla!) EV charger, albeit only one that was working. I am lucky that no one else was using it, since it was a Level 2 charger and I needed to charge from my arrival at 4 until midnight to get the charge I needed for the following day's trip. There were actually two chargers but only one seemed to work - it would be great if the hotel would fix the other one. Schenectedy is a sketchy city and I was hit up by a panhandler in the parking...

“I only needed one night, I'm tight on funds, but I won't go back there. It was bare to nothing. I am grateful for the room, because I needed it. But not my recommendation. Pretty sketchy area.”

“Hotel molto bello, nuovo e pulito. Molto meglio degli hotel appartenenti a catene commerciali presenti nelle vicinanze. Camere spaziose, pulite e curate, alcune con una bella vista sul fiume (non la nostra). Il casinò, pur essendo nella stessa struttura, è ben diviso dall’hotel rendendo facile l’accesso ma mantenendo la privacy dell’hotel. Super consigliato”

“Our stay was a joy. Great room with wonderful view as we enjoyed our morning coffee. Room was maintained efficiently on a daily basis. The massage was one of the best we have experienced. AND the parking behind hotel made our daily adventures complete.”

“There's is free on site parking, free breakfast and I love that it was close to everything we had planned. The room was clean but the bathroom door couldn't close and front door you have to give it a push to close it, the young lady at the front desk was very helpful and friendly”

“I needed lodging quickly and near the airport. This met my needs. Staff was attentive. When the landline was not in service I was given another room. The place was quiet. There was a complimentary breakfast. ”

“Property was OK old and dated, the reason we stayed there was the price Check-in was pretty quick Bathroom wasn’t the cleanest, but the rest of the room was OK Weird noises coming from the room couldn’t figure out where I was coming from. It was obnoxious kept us awake a bit at night.”

“This hotel was very terrible. I literally felt very unsafe to stay there. It needs to be condemned. The room was very dirty. No smoke detector, a piece of joint on floor, and the door had holes in it. The door jam looked like it had been kicked in many of times. I DO NOT RECOMMEND TO SLEEP HERE. The employee at front desk tried to put us in another room but we declined and went to another place.”

“The pictures online are NOT accurate. The lock on door was broke. The first room had a broken toilet. The second room smelled like illegal things. The halls are rundown and dirty also. Ripped up carpet. The lady at the front desk was appalled that I asked for my money back. We went to the Hampton Inn.”

“I arrived later and there was confusion regarding my parking at the facility but that was clarified and a good price established. The hallway smelled of smoke that I believe is historical and impeded in the hallway carpeting despite clear attempts to upgrade. The new shower was ill installed making turning of the water a true impossibility. The staff and owner were most eager to help in any way. They even took be to the airport before time which was greatly appreciated and the bed super...

“Left this hotel without staying the night and management refused any form of compensation even though we did not stay there. Blood on walls, cheetos in the bed. Holes punched through door. Unlocked communicating door with random strangers. Filth everywhere.”
