“Site advertises the room with a King includes a sitting area (couch). However, it does not include a couch or other sitting chairs as they have moved all of it to their suites. Just a really large open space with two ottomans next to bed.”

“I was greatly impressed with this property. The staff was awesome and had all needed amenities. Only drawbacks was a dirty room ac filter and a bathroom drain plug that didn’t work. Was still a very pleasant one night stay. Many thanks to all! ”

“A very outdated room! We had to have the front desk lady (maintenance) come up three times to get the TV to work. The room smelled like a big smelly dog had just left. We asked for a different room, but they said they were sold out. (even though we saw several empty rooms at the time) we pre purchased two nights. We had to have the cleaning person bring deodorizer up, which only helped for about 30 minutes. The lotion dispenser on the wall was empty so I went to find the cleaning person,,, they...

“Extremely helpful staff! My husband broke his glasses while there and the front desk concierge went out of her way to help us repair them. We will forever be grateful! I believe her name started with a ja or je, she was so very helpful! ”

“Pool "closed for the season"?! You mean Spring & Summer? T.V. did not work 1st night. Not enough towels for 4 guests. These rooms did not come with a microwave or coffee maker. Water park in town permanently shut down, The Plex facility permanently closed. For a Hotel with -by Hilton I expected more for the money spent. Breakfast wast nice, parking is ok if you check in early, otherwise good luck. Room was clean. Staff were above average. If you must stay in Wichita Falls, you could...

“The room was clean. The plumbing in the shower needs work. The room did not smell good. Motel staff kindly came up and sprayed room which seemed to eliminate odor. ”

“The man at the desk I believe he was the manager was rude from the beginning, I even asked him if he was upset and his answer was "no." I'm a single mom trying to take my kids to experience different places, but we all were disappointed with the way we were treated. I made a reservation for 5 people, and we didnt receive a blanket for one of us, so I went back downstairs to ask him for one, and he said "we don't have any blankets." Is the entire hotel all book? Can you check in another room?...
