Chalet a Central Valley

“We staying in the hand-built rustic wood cabin in the middle of blackberries [Mora] in the woods. You need a 4 wheel drive to get down the very steep access road. We left our compact rental car at a house up at the road [for a modest fee] and walked down 2km. The cabin is down a steep forest path. Didn't see evidence of wifi. It's simple and wild. Will not suit everyone, but we greatly enjoyed it. ”

“The place is clean and the kitchen is well-equipped. The view from the window is scenic. The host is very welcoming and we were treated with fresh coconut drink. She is also very friendly and helpful. I left my power adaptor in the room and she got it arranged straightaway for me to pick up.”

“Nos hospedamos 2 noches. No nos fijamos q la habitación q reservamos no incluía aire acondicionado y la verdad nos hizo mucha falta, pensamos que por el precio era obvio que lo tendría. En la segunda noche nos trajeron un segundo abanico. La ducha estaba fallando porque el agua salía hirviendo o congelada y para que llegara a caliente demoraba muchísimo. Cuando intentabamos ponerla tibia teníamos q mover la llave de un lado para el otro para regularla. Si quieren una ducha relajante aquí no es....

“Nous avons adoré dormir à ce dôme. Le lit, les oreillés, les draps et douillette tout était très confortable. Les draps et douillette était tellement doux. Je crois que s'était en cotton Egyptien. Le déjeuner qui était inclus était vraiment bon et une très grosse portion. Le café cultivé et préparé sur place était délicieux. Un vrai bon café du Costa rica.
