“Rooms are outdated. Wooden floors in bedrooms squeaking and broken. Bathrooms are small and outdated. large roaches in bedroom. Termites eat the wooden floors.”

“Thoroughly enjoyed this resort, our home for 6 days. Not pretentious, truly authentic beauty. All staff were not only accommodating, but felt like friends, Joaquin, Luis, Jorge, Fernando, Leah and Justin, to name a few. Large rooms, excellent housekeeping, and restaurant had great options, some excellent ones. Could use more selection in cocktails for all inclusive. Lava springs and foliage/landscaping were the fantastic icing on the cake. Close to nature hikes, wildlife, and excursion...

“We were supposed to have a 5 night stay. On the 4th day, a guy was following people around the pool and harassing women. Appeared to not only be drunk but on some type of drugs. For a few hours he went unchecked harassing people. This resort has little to no security just so you will know. Included alcohol flowing freely with no security. I finally decided to tell him to stop (harassing women) in the pool. He at times acted like he wanted to fight, other times was apologizing. I know you can’t...
