Our TV didn't work but the front desk person came in and at least got it to turn on but the remote would not power it on or off and the volume button didn't work. There was a woman yelling at the front desk manager about another guest that was banging on her wall the night before, but SHE herself was disturbing the peace and her children were running everywhere (including the parking lot) screaming and shrieking.
