“This hotel is a bit run-down, for a 4 star. carpet was dirty, electricity socket was coming out of its place and various other small things. But worst of all was the level of service. i asked for a wake up call and they forgot, I needed to make a local outbound call and they said I couldn't because I didn't leave a deposit (not true), after some struggle we solved this and the following day same thing, they wouldn't let me do a local outbound call, I've had to speak to the manager. “Good, helpful staff. Clean room”

“The bed was very comfy and the shower had great pressure. Everything else was bad. Paint flaking on walls, all wood trim and furniture chipped and dirty, poor drainage that flooded bathroom, room safe locked upon arrival. They did unlock it a couple hours later. Breakfast was horrible. Bad coffee, watered down OJ, A loaf of white bread and steamed rice with bits of egg.”
