The property is equipped with a Ring doorbell that includes an exterior security camera directed toward the front entryway. Please note that the camera does not capture any interior spaces. The device records both video and audio when motion is detected. Additionally, carbon monoxide and smoke detectors are installed throughout the property for safety.

▪️The laundry room is available for stays of 7 nights or longer.
▪️To avoid any confusion for future guests, we’d like to clarify that the owners reside on the main level of the property, while the guest accommodations are exclusively on the basement with a private entrance. The owners have shared that their presence has proven helpful in past emergencies, allowing them to respond quickly and ensure guest safety and comfort.
