Hotel in zona Centro Città di Stratford, Stratford

“The hotel was okay. The bathroom wasn't really clean and with no proper window covering. Not satisfied with my stay.”

“Very well located with an excellent restaurant.”

“Great location, very comfortable bed. Nice to have windows that open to let in fresh air and not noisy, even though facing street.”

“Very friendly staff great restaurant and breakfast.”

“I didn’t realize that no one was there for check in.I had to call and get a code to get in According to the web site someone was supposed to be there during festival season. I also like to have a key code to enter the room.”

“The room was fine and clean. But something about it was just odd. Not fully functional in a comfortable way. But adequate. The parking situation is bad. Not enough spots nearby and awkward offloading and loading luggage. It is noisy with the cafe nearby and hallway noise very audible as anyone walks by. Bed mattress was okay but the pillows were awful.”

“Front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. The property is in the heart of Stratford which makes for easy walks to dining, shopping and entertainment venues. Parking is safe and onsite. The hotel is over 100 years old so we weren’t expecting modern amenities found in newer properties. That said our room was clean and functional but it is in need of a refresh; rusty shower head that doesn’t allow for adjustment a heater that likely wouldn’t work well on a really cold night. “Huge room, clean, comfortable stay”

“noisy refrigerator next to bed, needed proper desk for personal work, bed had polyester sheets, mattress in serious need of replacement, room smelled of food from adjacent restaurant, no way to block light into bedroom from bathroom, shower floor EXTREMELY slippery with no hand rails”

“The staff was friendly, the parking was easy, the motel is close to Festival Theatre, the room was clean, the bed was very comfortable and the coffee was excellent. Thank you!”

“Very clean room and well appointed. We had a very comfortable stay.”

“The hosts were charming, welcoming and accommodating. Proximity to the theatres and the town centre made this a perfect destination.”

“Hosts are so helpful, knowledgeable, flexible. Quick drive to town and theatres. Breakfast was delicious, presented beautifully, and plentiful. The hosts packed part of my breakfast for early departure the last day.”

“Our room was clean and the area surrounding the motel was quiet. We came for the Stratford festival and enjoyed our stay at this quaint motel.”

“No real comments either way”

“Older property that is in need of refurbishing. Clean room but furniture out of the 1970’s or 80’s. No restaurant close by.”
