“The staff were very accommodating here! we stayed during the World Cup games and asked them to put on the game for us and they immediately brought it on. Also breakfast was wonderful with so many different options. Waffle machine was a huge hit for us, different types of eggs, and freshly brewed hot coffee. We came down about 15 minutes before breakfast was done so we missed the egg bites option and there was no refill for that but they did refill the scrambled eggs. Room and bathroom was clean....

“Expedia voucher never seen by motel. There's no calling help as it's all automated. So I paid put of ocket! Expedia got finds but never paid or notified my room sale.

“Cool place to stay had a cool full food Hall attached to it the room when we got there was not clean. I asked them to clean it several times they never really did. The floor was filthy with hair on it. There was hair in the sink and hair in the shower good location.”

“I have stayed at several of the mid-range priced hotels in the Carlsbad area and the Hampton Inn is my top choice. My room was immaculate and all of the regular amenities were available, but what was above and beyond was the hot breakfast and a very comfortable bed, a very quiet room, and top-notch air conditioning on a very warm day in SoCal. I got a wonderful night’s sleep and love the noon checkout time so I’m not so rushed in the morning. Five stars all around!”

“Great overall experience. Beautiful location, We rented a car at the airport less than a hour drive. clean room and property, professional and friendly staff from the minute we arrived, until we checked out. One polite suggestion I would make, is to have more hooks in the room and/or bathroom, for beach towels and damp bathing suits. It was a wonderful stay for my family of 5.”

“1. The hallways are hot and humid; there is no air conditioning or air flow.
2. The breakfast area is also hot and humid with no A/C or airflow.
3. Same issue in the lobby and the common area.
4. There has been only one working elevator since we have been here, with no sign of the other one being repaired. No A/C.
5. There usually is a long wait for the one working elevator.No information on if or when the broken elevator would be working. There was no information about when the broken...
