Hotel in zona Centro Città, Saint Hyacinthe

“The bedding was clean and so was the bathroom. The floors were very dirty. It was a very basic room with new paint. There were two doors to the room. One to the hall and one to the outside parking lot. The door to the parking lot could not be opened with the room key and there was no way to lock the door from the inside. This felt very unsafe and unsettling. The breakfast that was included was very limited and disappointing.”

“The room furnishings are very outdated and soiled. The bathroom was clean and also the bed linnens. Parking was ample and secure.”

“The property was amazing! Staff was friendly and very funny. The location is perfect for familys that want to head to the Zoo and head to the local mall. The only few negatives I have would be that the room isn't very sound proof and we could hear a lot from the other rooms.(Could be a perk if you rented out two rooms side by side) Second negative is that the pillows and bed were really uncomfortable but we could've just been unlucky. Overall! I loved the experience and I'm coming back here...

“EVERYTHING was HORRIBLE‼️‼️ the water STINKS, the drapes in the room were all full of STAINS, tge fridge in the room was plugged in, yet NOT COLD AT ALL, NO ICE, the bed was VERY HARD, the keys for the room did not work, the owner said that the hotel is a NO STAR HOTEL , yet they Charge SO MUCH money, the lady owner was not professionally polite AT ALL, there’s a GIGANTIC HOLE in the ceiling when you walk through the wheelchair accessible entrance, the breakfast is GARBAGE and UNPLEASANTLY...
