“Room was very clean and the staff were so courteous and always open to help. Tons of shops and food right next to the hotel which was lovely. Food was really delicious as well. Wasn’t far to Haram when you take the hotel shuttle bus. Although, the shuttle bus drivers take a lot of time to arrive and when they arrive they waste time before leaving which is quite annoying. ”

“Overall, my whole experience was very good throughout my stay”

“The hotel used to have a tunnel access to haram which is why we booked but that access is now closed. The hotel only issues one room key (also needed to keep lights on) despite the room being booked for 4 adults. If one of us stayed in the room they'd have to sit in the dark. We asked several times for more keys but they said no. Service was TERRIBLE!!!! we stayed for 2 weeks and the cleaning was never done because they said they will only clean when we check out. ”

“Great stay! Taxi to haram is like £2-£4. Plenty of cabs outside. They have a free shuttle service to haram that I never used. Great staff and friendly. Will definitely stay here again Insha Allah Breakfast more catered to Arabs and food has no label. Needs simple labels in English so people know what it is. Hotel has a large masjid as well. Rooms good standard! Price is decent. ”
