“I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. It was very clean, and the service was excellent throughout my visit. The staff were friendly, helpful, and always ready to assist with anything we needed. The hotel is not far from Al Haram, and they provide a free shuttle bus to Al Haram approximately every hour, which makes getting there very easy and convenient. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Makkah and would definitely stay here again.”

“The hotel is not by any mean a five star hotel, maybe 3 star and the price paid was too high for this price range. The positive thing about this hotel is location, it's very close to haram, maybe just 2 mins. In our room, bathroom's door was broken and staff refused to change room citing availability issue nor provided any extra service as compensation i.e. additional meals. Overall I would recommend to get another hotel, maybe in clocktower if you want a close hotel, or get any other 3 star...

“Breakfast had plenty of options, we tried to have it every morning as much as we could. Breakfast ends at 10am. The hotel is on a steep hill but they do have driving cart services where a driver will drive you down the hill and from there it’s a very simple path to the haram coming in from the bottom right side around gate 94/Abdul Aziz gate which has both an escalator down to the ground floor of the kaba where you can do your tawaf (they only let you i”

“The property didn’t honour the booking by the Expedia. I was stuck with my family after a very tiring day of Umrah. I have to arrange emergency room on cash. I am waiting for the refund by the Expedia. I sincerely hope it would be done smoothly. ”
