“Hilton Suite is our favorite hotel to stay in Mecca. The staff is super nice and so hospitable. We had an accessible two bedroom suite for my mother needing wheel chair. The staff was so helpful especially Hassan. We had Buffet package which I highly recommend. The Cafetaria manager Mr. Rajab is so courteous and kind and made sure his team would serve food for my mom on her table as she was on wheelchair. He truly was taking care of all elderly and all families. Highly highly recommend ”

“An absolutely amazing stay! I cannot explain in words how outstanding this hotel is in terms of its facilities all the way through to the excellent location (in close proximity to Masjid Al Haram). Check in yapmadan görevlinin bize odayı gösterip beğenip beğenmediği sorması nazikçeydi. Odamız, yatağımız oldukça genişti ama banyo da oldukça küçüktü. Hem duşakabin içindeki alan çok küçüktü, hem de klozete oturunca ayak mesafesi çok azdı. Lavabo giderleri yeterince açık değildi. Sık sık su birikti lavaboda. En ciddi sıkıntıyı banyoda yaşadık.
