“This place was kinda shady. Not as nice as it looks in the pictures. Staff seemed a little weird and unfriendly. The whole vibe was just kind of odd and unsettling.”

“This is an older property that is well maintained and you can’t beat location in the middle of downtown Greenville. Walkable and lively yet the hotel is quiet and you can rest. Rooms are adequate. Not modern or renovated but clean. Toiletries are ok, internet worked well, front desk and valet were attentive. Good value downtown Greenville. ”

“Beautiful hotel, perfect location for walking downtown Greenville! Easy parking in attached garage, friendly staff!”

“Room was clean although furniture was beat up. Outside of building had damage to a/c vents and trim; some windows were cloudy indicating they'd lost their seal. Breakfast experience was poor. Juice machine had off-flavored juice. Waffle mix was separated or not mixed properly. No brewed coffee, only instant coffee machine which produced 'not-coffee'. Breakfast was a disappointment. Lobby was clean, fresh carpet in hallway and room. Renovations were underway on the property.”

“No había nadie en recepción cuando llegamos, tocó usar un teléfono y cuando llegó la persona, llegó con mala actitud. El hotel entero olía horrible, mantenimiento perverso, camas sonaban mucho, sin plancha, ni secador, ni cafetera, no había ni agua en el dispensador de snacks. No lo recomiendo para nada. Está muy mal ubicado (muy sola la zona) paredes muy sucias y artículos de cocina en muy mal estado. Me tocó quedarme porque estaba muy cansada pero no fue lo que esperaba ni lo que decía en los...

“I was disappointed with the breakfast options which were exactly the same both mornings made it feel repetitive and lacking of variety. On top of that,gues weren't allowed to take breakfast back to their rooms.”

“Clean room and common areas. Easy parking. Joel at front desk was gracious and informative. Left too early for breakfast. ”
