“I booked for a Business Suite with 1 bedroom and instead ended up in a studio style accommodation. There was no customary phone that you always find in any hotel room and had to go down to the lobby every time I needed something. There was no room service to change bedsheets/linen. The bathroom had a leak in its pipe which flooded the bathroom floor.”

“The property is very dirty, from bedsheets to bathroom sinks, toilet, everything is covered in stains and corrosion. The furniture is eaten by termites, big holes in drawers. I booked it as pre-paid, but when i went there the staff had no clue about the booking, the room i booked was not ready they put me in family rooms and then 1 day later, to a tri-bed room, the condition of both rooms were same as i mentioned above.
