“Location is perfect for visiting the Golden Temple, within 5 mins walk on the pedestrian area of Heritage Walk. Airport pickup was seamless. Was met with hotel staff at dropoff point to walk me to the hotel. Breakfast selection was small but adequate. The made to order kulchas & paranthas were great. Service level was friendly and very responsive. Highly recommend!”

“Incredibly helpful staff, especially Vicky who personally helped us get an Indian SIM card (trust me it's quite a hassle in India) and dropped us off at the airport. His tuk-tuk tour to the Wagah border is incredible, and honestly he was more entertaining than the ceremony itself. As long as you don't mind being a slightly squished on his ride depending on the group size, for 300 Rs. you really can't go wrong. He alone is the reason for a 5/5 rating. “I blame both expedia and the hotel for my bad stay at this hotel. After traveling 30 hrs, the hotel would not check me in and said to come back at 11. This was a scheduling error on my behalf but I could not stay in the lobby as the staff were sleeping on the couches. I come back at 11 and they do not have my booking nor the room available that I booked. I waited an hour until I accepted a lesser room with no window or seating in it. Not once did they clean my room, but I saw them cleaning...

“Do not believe what staff tell you? No restaurant, breakfast option was room service only. No hot water and was told by staff how to operate tap although staff could also not get hot water! Taxi driver was told that the taxi had been cancelled, luckily i arrived in the lobby as the taxi driver was leaving!”

“The staff did prove helpful, even if their English wasn't great. It was the blood stain on the pillow case and the fact that the TV box had no remote so "youtube only". No safe or fridge in the room aswell. We asked for a quite room but needed to ask to be moved. Not great.”
