“Had a room reserved through the Expedia app. When we arrived a little after 10pm we were told there were no more rooms available…basically they gave our room to someone else that was a walk in. I never received communication from the hotel nor Expedia; I know they used my reservation because I received an email around 8pm saying ‘thanks for checking in’ which I thought was odd. The receptionist told me he was able to find a room at a different hotel for us, which was a 7-8min drive away…we had...

“We were just doing a quick overnight stay on a long drive. We’ve stayed here a number of times previously on this drive and keep coming back. The room was clean and comfortable with all the amenities we needed. There were a number of dining options within walking distance that met our dinner needs when we arrived. The included breakfast was great and early enough that we were able to get on the road early after a good night’s sleep. We’ll be back.”

“Ho soggiornato con la famiglia una sola notte il 27 dicembre 2015 di passaggio tra Las Vegas e Santa Barbara. Un hotel molto comodo e confortevole in una simpatica Cittadina in pieno deserto. Personale molto accogliente e disponibile, camere belle e pulite, ampio parcheggio gratuito all'aperto. Ci siamo trovati molto bene. Sicuramente da consigliare.”

“The bedsheets were a little dirty. They had a couple stains. Some of them were ripped. The shower is the bare minimum of a shower. You get the water, but it flows horribly the amenities. All you get is two plastic cups a tray for your eyes fridge of microwave and bar of stove we don’t get shampoo overall a six out of 10 because the staff was helpful and the property looks nice on the outside.”

“The worst experience ever. We arrived for the check-in and after the registration the guy at the front desk asked for the deposit (THE ROOM AND TAXES WERE ALREADY PAID). So we gave him a card,it didn't work;we gave him another card,it didn't work and so we gave him another card and it didn't work. So we thought it was a connection problem but it was not because the guy exlained us that them as a hotel don't accept card that are not from America. “There were roaches and the tub was dirty. Me and my partner stayed so I asked fi more towels And they said NO. The door lock was broken, cabinets dirty and fridge wasn't working good.”

“We had to be in town for a funeral that started at 3:00. Check-in is at 3:00. We got there really early, about 12:15 and they said they would try to have the room ready by 1:30, for a $30 early check-in fee (which could be waived at 2:30). Since we needed to change and freshen up for the funeral, we agreed. We went back at 1:35, still not ready.
