“The dining and living room furniture is uncomfortable. The balcony is unusable due to the air conditioning unit being placed on the balcony. The overall space was smaller then anticipated from the photos (I don't think all of the photos were of this unit). We had to supply our own bath tissue, paper towels, dish detergent,laundry detergent...”

“Hotel SoGo N-Edsa is the BEST place to stay nearest to Ayala Malls Trinoma and SM City North Edsa! You can't ask for anything more. All my needs were provided ahead of time! Short or long-term stay while in Manila, Hotel SoGo N-Edsa is my place. ”

“Extremely deceiving ”

“The room was very clean, and the staff were super friendly and helpful. Overall it was a nice place to stay. However, the building is on a very busy road, and it's exceptionally loud and noisy with all of the traffic. The only other negative is the shower. While it did have hot water which is great, the shower would alternate from cold water, to warm, to scalding hot, and back to cold, about every two to three minutes, and then the water would stop flowing completely for a few minutes, but...

“Room no hot water don’t expect any. No dead bolts on the doors. Room for two adult twin one blanket you can get another for 10 dollars like a sheet. No restaurant facilities no amenities in room. Curtains don’t cover the windows so the people on next floor can watch you in the bathroom so did not take a shower for two days. ”

“No hot water in the bathroom, drainage not working in the bathtub, the wifi did not work, and we could not receive any tv channels. The room was big, it was the party room with karaoke. No windows in the room. Nice staff, quick response ”
