“Stanza ampia con una buona posizione. Purtroppo la stanza era freddissima “riscaldata “ con una stufetta mobile che era chiaramente insufficiente. Basta mettere dei condizionatori per rendere la stanza vivibile!!!Anche la pulizia purtroppo era da migliorare, sicuramente non ci ritorneremo.”

“Beautiful hotel in a perfect location. Excellent amenities in the room. I loved the nice thick towels, bathrobes, products, water, super comfortable bed and pillows. Room was so quiet and we could not hear noise from across the street which is Parque Mexico.
Bar and restaurant was excellent too. We ate delicious food at the restaurant and also had very nice cocktails in the bar.
All staff provided exceptional service from the doorman, front desk, bar and restaurant team. ”

“Wonderful property in a a great location, lots of shops and restaurants within walking distance. Staff were available 24/7 at the front desk, which helped us to feel safe and the ladies working answered any questions we had. The apartment was spacious and had everything we needed (utensils, glassware, cookware, etc). Would definitely stay again!”

“A real nightmare.I was able to sleep 2 out of 5 nights, because of a terribile noise which seemed tò be near a huge washingmachine.I contacted the manager in charge and a member of the staff came tò see what was going on. He admitted that It was terribile and that was really difficult tò sleep in such an environment. The manager idid nothing tò make my situation bearable and at least tò move me in another apartment. “I like this hotel and its problems are typical of Mexico where there is no soundproofing concept. It always seems to live with the guests in the next room, like those upstairs and downstairs. The breakfast is much improved since my last visit 2 years ago. they say it starts at 7.30, but in reality at that time the waiters begin to set up. General speaking they should recommend to guests and to the cleaning staff in the morning, to make as little noise as possible in the rooms and common areas...

“Had a fantastic stay at the Casa Miravalle!
Perfect location; cafe connected to the property, restaurants 30 feet away, the park is literally across the street.
The facility is dutifully watched 24hs and feels as safe and secure as any place I've ever stayed.
Rooms have a really cool retro vibe and are spotless. Also well equipped for little homemade snacks, and small meals.
