“A real nightmare.I was able to sleep 2 out of 5 nights, because of a terribile noise which seemed tò be near a huge washingmachine.I contacted the manager in charge and a member of the staff came tò see what was going on. He admitted that It was terribile and that was really difficult tò sleep in such an environment. The manager idid nothing tò make my situation bearable and at least tò move me in another apartment. “The hotel is very beautiful and in a quiet area, near many restaurants but not walkable to tourist attractions. Breakfast is very good but very limited. The room is spacious and all the facilities are just great and the service at the reception is very polite and lovely. The only thing i don't accept is that with 12 degrees celzius outside the heater doesn't exist in this hotel. I woke up to a cold room, got out from a shower to a cold room, and got sick. I complained to the hotel and still wait...
