“We loved the Location and the beautiful Patio. I have a couple of things that would make the experience even better. 1) Need better lighting in the bathroom. The vanity mirror needs a light so you can better do makeup and hair. The overhead lighting is not that great. 2) The floors were dirty. “I never write reviews but Daniel from the front desk went above and beyond for my mother and myself. He was so super helpful. All the staff was great. The area felt safe and very beautiful. I love the roof top view.
My mom had an accident while walking near by and when we got back to the hotel Daniel and Ricardo carried my mom in a chair up to her room. She was unable to walk and in a lot of pain. They didn’t think twice or have an attitude. We offered to tip and they wouldn’t accept....

"A real nightmare.I was able to sleep 2 out of 5 nights, because of a terribile noise which seemed tò be near a huge washingmachine.I contacted the manager in charge and a member of the staff came tò see what was going on. He admitted that It was terribile and that was really difficult tò sleep in such an environment. The manager idid nothing tò make my situation bearable and at least tò move me in another apartment. The manager believes that Is normal tò pay for an apartment and not be able tò sleep. Never again. Very bad"
