"A real nightmare.I was able to sleep 2 out of 5 nights, because of a terribile noise which seemed tò be near a huge washingmachine.I contacted the manager in charge and a member of the staff came tò see what was going on. He admitted that It was terribile and that was really difficult tò sleep in such an environment. The manager idid nothing tò make my situation bearable and at least tò move me in another apartment. The manager believes that Is normal tò pay for an apartment and not be able tò sleep. Never again. Very bad"

"Hotel attempato e con arredamenti quasi logori... Necessita di un ammodernamento. Stanza piccola e molto rumorosa. Tutta la notte sentivo la musica del locale di fronte... Colazione ok ma nulla di eccezzionale. Palestra piccola ma ben accessoriata La zona e' abbastanza buona ma la collocazione dell' hotel non e' veramente piacevole.. per quanto speso mi aspettavo molto di piu..."

"The hotel is very beautiful and in a quiet area, near many restaurants but not walkable to tourist attractions. Breakfast is very good but very limited. The room is spacious and all the facilities are just great and the service at the reception is very polite and lovely. The only thing i don't accept is that with 12 degrees celzius outside the heater doesn't exist in this hotel. I woke up to a cold room, got out from a shower to a cold room, and got sick. I complained to the hotel and still wait for a compensation, i expect much more from 5 stars hotel in that price"
