“Desde nuestra llegada hasta nuestra salida, la experiencia en Casa Cleo fue excelente. Nos hicieron sentir como en casa desde el primer momento. La atención, la limpieza y, sobre todo, la calidez y hospitalidad del personal hicieron nuestra estancia inolvidable. Sin duda, Casa Cleo se convirtió en nuestro hogar lejos de casa. ¡Esperamos regresar muy pronto!”

“Location is 5-star and only surpassed by how attentive and kind the staff are. The room is left, A/C works beautifully as does the shower, sink, etc. Great water pressure!! However, I did find a small ball of the previous guests’ hair in the shower floor, which was cleaned when housekeeping came in the room. The towels are great and big but have holes in them, which as a dude traveling solo I didn’t mind but I know my wife would have. Great Location comes at the cost of the street outside...

“We had a great stay at Amsterdam Boutique stays. Our two bedroom unit was huge and it's so much nicer than the photos. PERFECT location in Condesa, walkable to so many great restaurants, shopping, the beautiful park. The staff was so friendly and helpful - especially Adan at the front desk. We would definitely stay here again on our next trip to MXC!”

“I like this hotel and its problems are typical of Mexico where there is no soundproofing concept. It always seems to live with the guests in the next room, like those upstairs and downstairs. The breakfast is much improved since my last visit 2 years ago. they say it starts at 7.30, but in reality at that time the waiters begin to set up. General speaking they should recommend to guests and to the cleaning staff in the morning, to make as little noise as possible in the rooms and common areas...

“Stanza ampia con una buona posizione. Purtroppo la stanza era freddissima “riscaldata “ con una stufetta mobile che era chiaramente insufficiente. Basta mettere dei condizionatori per rendere la stanza vivibile!!!Anche la pulizia purtroppo era da migliorare, sicuramente non ci ritorneremo.”

“We arrived later in the evening and the night receptionist Uriel was very delightful and helpful. He got us settled in very quickly and was always helpful - as were the other desk receptionists. The rooms were nicely appointed, great comfortable beds, very clean. My traveling companion loved the architecture of the building and rooms (I don't notice these things). There is also a small cafe attached to the atrium of the hotel - we ate there a few times and enjoyed it. The location couldn't be...

“Every recommendation, regardless if it was for a dining experience or for a purchase was spot on. Not only did we end up having a great time because we followed given advice but we also saved money. All staff was genuinely friendly and warm towards us making our stay a lovely experience. The hotel is also brilliantly situated with a lot of up and coming restaurants nearby. “We had a great stay here for 4 days during the World Cup for the Mexico v Ecuador game. Our room/apartment was huge compared to most hotel rooms and had everything we needed. Location was great too down a secure road. Special thanks to our host - Humberto for organising safe transfer to and from the Azteca for a convincing 2-0 win to Mexico. Gracias.”
