“The room was great except the handle on my toliet fell off 😂. Still worked you just had to take the lid off to flush. But the staff were fantastic. I told them right away and they were worried cause maintenance was out till Monday, but it was okay cause I was checking out in a few hours. They were sweet and accommodating. Room was clean and nice. Quite”

“The room was impeccable; since they remodeled the rooms, everything seemed so much brighter, fresher, and cleaner. The front staff was helpful, courteous, and very kind. I would definitely stay here again.”

“Not very happy with accomodations.. To begin, the staff were always speaking their native language (not english) with each other while helping guests checking in and out. I feel that's kind of disrespectful to the customers and leaves guests unsure about what's being said. Also the parking lot had tables ,chairs and other large items scattered around the dumpster. Only one of the USB outlets in the room had power not happy with that. Also, I was charged my deposit that I should have been...

“No pool. The rooms are extremely dirty. One housekeeper was extremely rude to me when I reported I found a bed bug in my bed. She came in yelling at me and tossing the sheets around after I had already given the bug in tissue to the man at the front desk. The lampshades were covered in filth as well as many other issues.”

“Very tired facility ,problems on walls, in shower, smoke smell on every stairwell, noisy fan in bathroom perhaps ever , chemically bad smell in room , ”

“Per il prezzo pagato la stanza puo andare bene, il servizio niente di eccezionale, pero l’hotel e’ frequentato da tipi strani,sabato sera uscire dalla stanza mette timore, ovunque vedi gente drogara che bivacca in gruppetti nei pressi dell’hotel. Appena arrivato, era sabato tarda mattinata volevo ripartire dopo aver visto quello che mi circondava….”

“Front desk agent is a no frills kind of person. Maybe said 5 words to us but we didn't press her with questions. Didn't get a remote but probably a good thing since we needed to get some sleep. Was clean.... weird set up in the room. Would stay here again between driving days. ”
