“ゴールデンウィークに小学生の子供連れ家族3人で宿泊しました。ゴールデンウィークな上に函館市内でイベント開催の関係でホテル料金が高騰している中、とても良心的な価格で助かりました。 お部屋は、お家の一階をお借りする感じですが、玄関も別で、夜間の外出もできました。 普通のホテルと違って、リビングと寝室があり、広々しているのでゆっくりできました。 アメニティもホテル以上に揃っていて、電子レンジや大きな冷蔵庫、アイロンまであって今度は、長期滞在にも良さそうだなと感じました。 オーナー夫妻は、とてもお人柄が良くアットホームな滞在となりました。”

“The Annex is way better than the other one which is older and has gone downhill. This one is beautiful in a Japanese retro and romantic way fitting to Hakodate. “A great place to stay with a very kind and helpful staff! Not much noise in the area at all and it’s only two or three blocks away from where the local commuter train stop is. So it was very easy to get around town on foot and to and from the train station on the commuter rail. I would love to come visit again sometime soon!”

“直結でコンビニや飲食店などがある他、金森倉庫や朝市も徒歩圏内でとても便利です。 スタッフの接客もとても素晴らしいく気持ちよく過ごせました。ただ部屋にあるベッドの枕元のボードに整髪料のようなものが付いていたのが残念でした。 また朝食はとても美味しかったのですが、ご飯だけが炊き方を間違えてしまったのかと思うほどパサパサでした。地元のお米にこだわっていたようなので、もっと上手に炊いて欲しかったです。 浴場はお湯の加減も素晴らしく、アイスバーのサービスも子供達も喜んでいました。ただサウナについては時間帯かもしれませんが、某ジムの会員も利用できるようでその方々7〜8名に独占（サウナ→水風呂→サウナのループ）されていて、利用出来ませんでした。 宿泊者とジム利用者が双方、利用できるようなルールがあればいいかなと思いました。 全体的にとても素晴らしいホテルだったので、その3点だけはもったいないと思いました。”
