Room really clean and modern, provided so the all things (also slippers) , only a waste bin and a free water bottle was missing in the room
A Bar is available in the ground floor as well as a nice quiet library in the ground floor

We almost walked everywhere from the apartment, there's also a close supermarket(alberto), the communication with customer service was smooth and they are really supportive, we could do a late checkout.

The room was spotless and very comfortable, with nice amenities. The only downside was that the breakfast staff were a bit unfriendly, unwelcoming, and seemed not interested in being there. “Eccellente sotto tutti i punti di vista. Posizione invidiabile, a piedi si arriva in 3 minuti alla piazza della città vecchia, vicino a ristoranti, negozi, locali. Il personale è perfetto, le stanze da sogno, la SPA offre servizi eccellenti sotto tutti i punti di vista. Ritornerò sicuramente !”

"Colazione ottima abbondante e varia sia dolce che salato. Abbiamo apprezzato che sia stata lasciata una scatola di cioccolatini in stanza per il giorno del compleanno. Pensiero spontaneo da parte dell'hotel. Una bottiglia acqua e capsule Nespresso tutti i giorni gratis.
Una nota stonata è che la porta del bagno e della stanza avevano ilumo buco rattoppato. Per tutto il resto vanno i nostri complimenti.

"Situato in ottima posizione, a poche centinaia di metri dalla Piazza della Città Vecchia, è possibile raggiungere in pochi minuti a piedi tutti i principali punti di interesse di Stare Mesto e il Ponte Carlo; anche le fermate di tram e metro sono vicine.
Le camere sono abbastanza ampie, anche se arredate con un gusto un po’ “retro”, hanno bollitore per té e caffé, TV (solo in ceco…) e WiFi, pulite; il bagno ha una dotazione minima, coerentemente con la linea green dichiarata dall’hotel: sapone liquido e doccia-shampoo in dispenser, e l’invito a non cambiare i teli se non necessario; la doccia è spaziosa.
La colazione è abbastanza varia, sia per il salato che per il dolce, ma non vi consiglio di chiedere un espresso…d’altronde, siamo nella Repubblica Ceca, mica a Napoli!
Il personale è gentile e disponibile.
Dall’hotel è possibile accedere direttamente al ristorante Snemovna v Jakubsky.
