Hotel vicino a Centro Commerciale Longemont - Shanghai

“Very pleaseful experience at this hotel, room are comfortable and wide. Very clean and breakfast was very good. The staff, especially the cleaning at floor 7 were so polite. ”

“Very convenient location and excellent breakfast. The room is very clean and staffs are very friendly. We will definitely stay at this hotel next time when we go to Shanghai. We highly recommend this hotel.”

“Great hotel. Location could be better”

“We had a good stay overall; however, some things in the room were not working and the staff forgot to repair them until the third night. The room did not have drinking glasses, and the cleaning staff took away our half-used toiletries without providing new ones. However, the room is beautiful and the location is more than ideal.”

“Breakfast was excellent. Many choices. Property was clean and sufficient. Staff friendly. Will definitely come back.”

“Clean, spacious room. Housekeeping staff was attentive to our needs. The staff knew enough English for check in and to store our luggage after check out, but were not overly helpful (did not tell us about the amenities/services at the hotel, did not offer to help with car service, etc). Very close to M10.”

“From a Group like Hyatt,I DEMAND that the staff speak English! find someone who speaks English (apart from reception) is impossible! there is basically no way to communicate if you don't speak Chinese! UNACCEPTABLE!!!”

“Very good stay as always near all comodities and metro line 2. The hotel workers are very good professionals and helpful.”

“Well located, at metro stop 25 minutes from Honqqiao 29-30 minutes from downtown Attached to a shopping center with a large choice of restaurants Very close to Zhongshan park which is anice are where to walk and relax”
