“L'hotel è immerso in un parco con ville storiche in centro a Shanghai. Tutto facilmente raggiungibile tramite taxi. Purtroppo un po' lontano da metropolitane ecc. ma visto il costo irrisorio dei taxi non è un problema. Camere con ottimi spazi e comfort. ”

“Hotel ben organizzato e recentemente rinnovato. Camere molto bene curate con finiture di pregio. Purtroppo è dislocato in un zona abbastanza periferica e quindi ha solo ospiti per affari e non turisti ”

“I really appreciated how every staff member and to name a few names that we can remember - Sabrina and every staff in the executive lounge, the new executive chef Matt, and his team of waiting staff and chefs, conceige staff Mark and his team. We had a rocky trip because my husband became unwell in the trip but their caring and personable attitude with the willingness to go the extra mile has eased the pain to some extent. “From a Group like Hyatt,I DEMAND that the staff speak English! find someone who speaks English (apart from reception) is impossible! there is basically no way to communicate if you don't speak Chinese! UNACCEPTABLE!!!”

“食事に関しては素泊まりなのでなんとも言えず。部屋にランドリーとミニキッチンが付いているが使ったことはない。道路から敷地に入るときに左右必ずドライバーが迷うし、必ず違うビルのロータリーを回らなければならず、説明がいちいち面倒だがそれ以外苦労したことはない”
