“Clean room and friendly staff. Great location right next to Gwangmyeong KTX station with lots of good restaurants nearby. Would stay again.”

“The hotel is nice, in an area with restaurants and bar. The structure is nice and innovative, but somethign strange happened: tyhe restaurant is very good, but in one of the evening I was there the restaurant was not serving any dinner or bar service to the hotel guests due to a convention that booked the full services.”

“its very clean and quiet. They cleaned up everyday. The front desk opened 24 hours. Next door was big CU (convenience store) so i bought some food from there and sometimes ate there. The room had big bathtub but the bathroom was kind of open(can see it ) so i want to use but couldn't ”

I did book during a “new opening” promotion, so I was expecting a newer property. This part was a little underwhelming as the hotel isn’t actually new. That said, the customer service truly stood out. A special thank you to the lady who assisted me during check-in & check-out, she was incredibly kind, welcoming, and helpful, which made a great first impression.”

“The property was perfect. Close to two subway stations, Guro station and Sindorim station. Close by is also bus pickup/dropoff points. The staff was very helpful and friendly, especially the front desk manager, James.”

“The hotel was very clean, and the staff were incredibly friendly. They even helped me receive a food delivery at the hotel, which was a huge help. I was a little concerned it might be noisy since it’s close to the train station, but it turned out to be very quiet and peaceful. The bed and bathroom were both spotless and well maintained. It’s also about a 5-minute walk to the subway station, and there are plenty of restaurants and cafes nearby, which was a big plus.”
