“The property is average. Asked for a hairdryer and it took over 30 min for it to come (it should be in each room). The staff asked me questions on my visa 3 times when the visa was clearly xeroxed. Other guests were noisy with room doora open. Do not recommend this property

“Great hotel, for a great price. Compared to most Indian hotels (certainly in the 3 - 4 star range), the quality of the furnishings in the hotel are of a much higher quality. The hotel is organized well, and is quite close to the Delhi-Gurgaon highway, and metro - as well as only approx. 30 - 40 minutes from the airport. Finally, they provide an excellent hot breakfast (included with the room) - which is normally some kind of traditional Japanese food - unusual, but interesting, and tasty!”

“The property is very nice and beautiful. The location also was quite good. Breakfast menu had adequate variety and the staff was courteous.
The room was very spacious and had a nice historic touch to it. Bathroom was really huge with a tub plus shower stall. Toiletries were basic but nice.”

“Have stayed at this property for many years and perhaps the only reason that I stay (aside from it being of high quality) is that the hotel is one block walking distance from where I need to be while in Gurgaon. If you are simply looking for a fantastic clean and quiet place to stay, this is top notch. It does have its downfalls however;
Taxi drivers cannot find location! Don't even try at night. Driver absolutely must call property, most often more than once, while enroute for instructions....
