“The room was clean and the staff were good and helpful. However, the check-in process involved too many formalities, which I felt were unnecessary and unlike any other hotel I’ve stayed at. Additionally, there was renovation work going on during my stay, which caused quite a bit of disturbance. It would have been better if this had been mentioned in advance.”
