Un altro giorno rientrando verso le19 ci siamo trovato la camera non fatta, in quattro notti non sono stati cambiati gli asciugamani del bagno. Per 150 euro a notte si potrebbe pretendere di piu’. "Hotel pulito e situato in posizione buona rispetto al centro storico. Facile spostarsi per l'aeroporto, per il centro e per la stazione con i mezzi pubblici. Buona e varia la colazione e apprezzabile la disponibilità gratuita di acqua fresca (anche frizzante) nella fontanella della hall. Cambio degli asciugamani quotidiano, ma l'asciugamano in dotazione è solo 1 per persona! Unica pecca: abbiamo segnalato il non funzionamento dell'aspiratore d'aria nel bagno fin dal primo giorno. Non è stato mai sistemato nei 5 giorni di soggiorno, nonostante le rassicurazioni alla reception. "

"Per essere un ostello direi che non c'era proprio servizi di aggregazione per gli ospiti, la hall era praticamente deserta a volte e potrebbe essere sfruttata molto meglio. Nella hall inoltre c'era un costante odore di cucina, principalmente aceto. La sera si facevano incontri strani all'ascensore: una sera un gentilissimo senzatetto, una sera un ubriaco che chiedeva un accendino. La stanza è molto piccola, non sapevo dove mettere le valigie. Al mattino parte la ventola del condotto dell'aria che fa tanto rumore. Ovviamente nessun cambio asciugamani in 4 giorni e viene fornito solo quello per la doccia, non quello per le mani. Esperienza discreta ma migliorabile con poco."

Le camere sono il neo, devono essere ristrutturate, soprattutto il bagno. Le vasche da bagno sono vetuste senza soffione, solo con il microfono che si usa come bidet, peraltro nella mia camera anche rotto. Ho dovuto chiedere upgrade in suite per avere una doccia normale. Sono stati cortesi mi hanno fatto un prezzo di favore, ma non dovrebbe accadere in un 5 stelle di questo livello.
Un altro problema strano è che le finestre non si possono aprire sono sigillate.
E' un'assurdità non poter cambiare aria soprattutto in camere con arredi così pesanti, moquette e tendaggi.
Ho chiesto di aprirle, mi hanno accontentato aprendole ma non essendoci maniglia sono rimaste aperte tutto il soggiorno.
Meglio così che chiusi dentro.
La sala colazioni è piccola, con la cucina a vista in sala c'è cattivo odore.
Il resto è molto bello, la struttura richiama negli arredi l'antica Roma e la piscina interna in rosso pompeiano è stupenda. "
