“Superb apartment, very clean and modern and close proximity to all major attractions which we managed on foot with children. Athens is fantastic. Our only suggestion for improvement would be to supply the access code in advance on the expected day of arrival rather than us having to make contact to access the property. Overall still excellent though and many thanks for a great stay. ”
“I can’t put into words how dirty this place was! Even though the owner claimed the room was recently cleaned, the sheets and towels had stains, and the couch was filthy. The kitchen surface was sticky and there was a cockroach running around in the kitchen, which was the last nail in the coffin for us. We left and booked a hotel! “We booked and paid for a 7 night stay at this apartment. We arrived around 7:30pm local time after an all night trans-Atlantic flight from Canada.
We were met by Ruba, who does not speak Engish. She communicates via what’s app with her English speaking sister, Joudy, who we believe does not reside in Greece.
The issues we faced:
1. The bed was advertised as KING size, it was Queen size.
2. There are NO stunning views from this apartment as advertised.

"Struttura recente, gradevole, moderna con splendido rooftop dotato di due piscine con bellissima vista sulla città. Unica pecca apparente una scarsa pulizia della moquette dei corridoi, dove in diversi punti ci sono pezzi di carta e altro materiale non raccolto e ignorato dal personale dedito alla pulizia delle camere, invece accurata."

"The hotel is new, actually the gym is still under construction. Comfortable rooms and new beds; space could have been better arranged for dining. New electric stove, fridge and microwave oven. Bathroom is fairly large, the shower could have been better designed for preventing water spills. The rooftop is really cool.
Cleaning service could be improved: sometimes a bit too fast, sometimes too thorough (complete cleaning and change of all towels even if asked less).
Reception staff extremely kind and helpful.
Close to Omonia metro station, walking distance to many sites. At night, the neighbourhood is dodgy.
