“Con el shuttle todo bien. Pero el olor a cigarrillo era demasiado fuerte, las tarjetas para abrir los cuartos se desprogramaban todos los dias. El lugar afuera no se ve limpio, aunque la habitación si la encontré limpia”

“Room had a smell to it. Looked like it was mopped with a broom that wasn’t cleaned in some time. The wifi wasn’t working in the room , and ofcourse i found out the bath soap didn’t have anything in it at the time of shower. This things should have been taken care by the staff before alloting the room”

“Nice oasis type spot. Resort fee is too high as there is no cable or satellite TV, that hot water in the shower was only warm . Besides minor issues and the very high resort fee it’s a quiet and comfortable stay during the week and good location”

“Struttura bellissima, colazione abbondante e ottima, puizia super ok. peccato la porta del bagno non chiudesse e la vasca fosse rovinata. Nel complesso una super struttura dove tornerò sicuramente. Personale splendido. Le ragazze alla reception fantastiche e sorridenti.”

“The hotel staff at the desk was rude. The room had trash on the balcony with used cigarettes and dirty towels. The rooms smelled bad. The elevators were dirty. The hotel staff were rude and mean. We would never stay here again and recommend no one else stay here.”

“There was zero water pressure. Difficult to even shower. Water in sink only came out very hot. I picked this location only because how close it is to the Inter Miami stadium….15 mins walking. ”

“We had a nice stay. The room was clean and modern and our request to be in a high floor room has been satisfied by the kind staff. Breakfast was great with many options The only note was the location of the hotel: it is relatively close by car to the downtown area and seaside and you can park either in the hotel garage (more expensive) or in the adjacent public parking lot (at night time not very safe).”

“Towels shed on you never had that happen before place needs a lot of updates as well broken door to the room just overall old and was not to my liking.”

“The property seemed to be clean. If I could recommend a few items in the house. Vacuum/ broom, a garbage can in the bathroom curtains/ or upgraded shades. The family enjoyed the stay but definitely felt a bit uncomfortable, my boys are on the taller side and this unit was a bit tight for them. Our stay was short so give the price and the amenities it was fine. Thank you for have our family. ”
