“The service and staff was stupendous. I felt very taken care of. As far as the room being clean, it is pretty clear that the floors, microwave, sink and bathtub do not get cleaned. With such amazing service, having a 100% clean room would really give a complete experience. I recommend adding the above items to the room cleaning list going forward. “We had a nice stay. The room was clean and modern and our request to be in a high floor room has been satisfied by the kind staff. Breakfast was great with many options The only note was the location of the hotel: it is relatively close by car to the downtown area and seaside and you can park either in the hotel garage (more expensive) or in the adjacent public parking lot (at night time not very safe).”

“There was zero water pressure. Difficult to even shower. Water in sink only came out very hot. I picked this location only because how close it is to the Inter Miami stadium….15 mins walking. ”
