“The afternoon staff was extremely friendly and the parking was easier than most places. We stayed on the front side of the hotel which was extremely loud from street noises including cars, trains and planes. My family stayed on the backside and didn’t have issues. The bathroom was a little dirty but when we had issues with the toilet, the maintenance came right away after we asked the afternoon staff. The morning staff attendant said someone would be up and the toilet was still clogged when...

“It was clean and the area was quiet. 8 mins walk to several places to dine.”

“Nice oasis type spot. Resort fee is too high as there is no cable or satellite TV, that hot water in the shower was only warm . Besides minor issues and the very high resort fee it’s a quiet and comfortable stay during the week and good location”

“There was zero water pressure. Difficult to even shower. Water in sink only came out very hot. I picked this location only because how close it is to the Inter Miami stadium….15 mins walking. ”

“We had a nice stay. The room was clean and modern and our request to be in a high floor room has been satisfied by the kind staff. Breakfast was great with many options The only note was the location of the hotel: it is relatively close by car to the downtown area and seaside and you can park either in the hotel garage (more expensive) or in the adjacent public parking lot (at night time not very safe).”

“Was not as it is pictured. Very run down, room ceiling were failing, TV would not connect to wifi. It is right next room the beach so that was a plus. Our fire alarm went off in the middle of the night. Something kept clicking sounding like someone was trying to get into our room. Walls paper thing. Could hear tvs and people slamming doors. Uneasy feeling.”

“As For my own personal experience, I didn't like the location. I didn't like the smell when I walked into the lobby. The customer service was awful. I stood there for about 25 minutes waiting for the desk clerk to finish her conversation with another female that just kept rambling on for about 20 minutes. Then, the female that was rambling, move to the side. So another customer that was in front of me, could check in then, when he was finished, she moved right back in the same position and they...
