“Upon entering the hotel I could tell it wasn’t up corporate standards. The check in clerk was friendly and was able to get to my room in a short amount of time. They put me on the 4th floor which was no problem because they have an elevator. Plus I think with the normal construction guests on the first floor they probably kept me from the first floor noise. “I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel this past weekend. After driving almost three hours to get there, I arrived only to be told that my reservation had been canceled without any prior notice or explanation. It was extremely frustrating and stressful. To make matters worse, the front desk employee named Loy was incredibly rude and unhelpful. His attitude was terrible, and he showed absolutely no interest in trying to assist or find a solution. “The room was dirty, the toilet had not been cleaned. The microwave in the dining room did not work. The breakfast was good, but they have a waffle iron and had no waffle batter. All in all it really wasn’t a bad stay. It was quiet. We got a good night sleep, I chalked everything else up as maybe they were understaffed or we’re just having an off day. I would probably stay there again.”

“We had left something in the room and we had to drive back a long distance we called the manager and his staff found it and they held on to it until we could get a hold of it very professional really great hotel looks on the outside not too much but inside and staff wonderful we will go back to this hotel if we go back to visit would highly recommend it.”
