Hotel vicino a The Villages Market Square - The Villages

“When I arrived at the hotel I was informed my booking wasn’t on their system. After the lady on reception entered the details she said the room wasn’t ready and to come back around an hour later which I did and the standard accidental money was taken from my account which should refunded upon check out. . When I got to the room it was not the room I had booked. I went back down and informed the reception staff that I’d booked a lake view not a car park view. She requested proof which I showed...

“The facility and our room were very clean and up to date. The staff were very welcoming and helpful. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely stay there again.”

“Very enjoyable stay, the room was exceptionally clean, beds were super comfortable as were the sheets and pillows (I’m a sheet snob) the restaurants were also excellent, the live bands were fun! The stay was great Im well rested and recharged for the upcoming work week.”

“Motel was convient to our destination Although booked for upper floor I requested a ground floor room Change no problem. The dining area for breakfast top notch. The staff lady in dining area she is a Gem”

“All was good!”

“Kitchen area needed a little more TLC! In my opinion.”

“The young lady that checked us in was fine, however busy looking for what smelled like “burning electrical”… concerning …no smoke so we continued to check in. Getting to to the room…yeah that was a challenge…doorknob up..down…depends on which time you attempted. “Our toilet didn’t work properly. I had to fix it because it was late and didn’t want to switch rooms. To be fair I did not talk to front desk. And one bed had those crinkly sheets for bed setters or something.”

“We waited at least 10 minutes for the attendant to show up to the front desk to check us in. The location is convenient for a quick visit to the Villages.”

“Easily accessible from road. Room was clean and spacious. Breakfast was good.”

“Convenient and safe location on the edge of The Villages and breakfast was good. Floors were dirty throughout and my door lock was broken, so had to move all my stuff to another room after I just got unpacked and was not offered any compensation.”

“Place , dirty under construction most guest are drug addicts and home less people good location but needs better management and needs better breakfast .”

“The walls are a bit thin. I could hear my neighbors and all coming and going in the halls. Staff was wonderful all was clean.”

“Rooms were infested with live bed bugs and roaches. Grounds and pool were unclean and dog feces all over property. Property and rooms should not even be available for someone to stay for even 20 minutes. Should be condemned!”
