“The previous comments is why I decided to book this property. The AC didn’t work and didn’t realize it until it was around 2:00am. The previous people who stayed in the room left their room key. If the cleaning staff properly cleaned the room how did they miss the room key? The restroom could have used a better cleaning and the carpet was dirty. “1. One of the elevators was broken. 2. Our sink was clogged and wouldn’t drain properly. 3. The breakfast didn’t look or smell fresh and they always closed PROMPTLY at 9. 4. They only turn over rooms every other day but only give you enough coffee/facial wipes/cups/etc for one day. 5. No bottles of water in room. ”

“Air conditioning seemed broken in the main floors, staff shared there were recent safety incidents. Seemed drab.”

“Staff was courteous and good, but single man running the show in the entire hotel. Carpet, bedsheets, sofa were old and stained. 32 inch tv which was not working when we arrived and had to call front desk guy to come fix it. Also, of the front desk guy is gone to help someone, no one is available and new guests have to wait. We had to come back again as front desk guy had gone to help someone. I came back only because we had paid in advance else I would have not stayed at this place. ”

“Normally I don’t give reviews because as long as a room is clean and doesn’t have bugs I’m pretty easy. The room was semi-clean. Very outdated. The couch and chair were ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING!!! They need to throw them away asap. The remote was missing the back and they just taped th batteries in (so it didn’t work well) but I would probably not stay here again, but ok for a night if you don’t plan on spending much time in the room. ”
