“和の雰囲気の綺麗な建物でスタッフの方々も親切丁寧な対応で館内バリアフリーでスリッパも履かないのが開放的で居心地が凄く良かったです。 温泉もとても気に入りました。 硫黄の香りプンプンで…これぞ草津って感じでした 1泊の滞在で温泉には5回程入りに行くくらい寛げました（笑） 食事も大満足…夕飯のフリードリンクや夜のラーメン等、余計な出費がないのも魅力でした。 湯畑へのシャトルバス等、サービス満点です。 敢えてあげるなら駐車場からフロントまでの階段…雰囲気は凄く良いのですがキャリーケースを転がせるスロープが欲しいなと思いました。 また是非利用させて頂きます。 ありがとうございました。 ”

“Breakfasts were excellent. Every staff were friendly and we really felt like home. Location is nearby the major travel spot but not noisy. Everything is good, just a very little thing: moved luggages by hand to room at 2nd floor. To me as a hushand and a daddy, it meant luggages of 3 persons I moved. ”
