“呢個品牌嘅酒店好多間，呢間係稍為遜色的”

“Personnel accueillants chambre propre tres bien situé ”

“The room was spacious and clean. All the staff there is nice. However, the staff did not tell us what facilities were included. The drinks in the fringe are free. But the staff did not made know to us until we rang and asked. The breakfast was very very local and choices are very very limited. Quantity was also horrible as the local travelers take a lot. I only have a cup of coffee and that is.”

“Really good hotel. As an English spoken foreigner, the staff was really helpful with apps and Chinese apps. Really clean and smells soooo nice when entering and leaving.”

“The room is clean and spacious . Very convenient Walking distance to shopping mall. ”

“Everything meets okay quality only.”

“샤워기가 너무 불편합니다 두손이 자유로운 샤워를 원합니다 한국방송을 볼수있게 해주세요 넷ㅍ”

“Good breakfast, manager (Shaun) very nice and helpful, amazing swimming pool and good gym. Hotel is not new, is renewed maybe a few year ago but you can see half of the room is old. Floor in the room has never been clean ”

“We stayed on the 12th floor, and the staff was very nice and helpful. She cleaned the room nicely and her smile made us feel so warm.”

“Worse hotel experience in Shenzhen . Staff at reception don’t speak English . Breakfast is terrible . Impossible to eat it . Gym has just 3 « machines «  which 2 of them are broken . It’s not a gym . Just some machines places next to the washing machines . It’s a horrible hotel and with a reception staff that is very unprofessional and doesn’t speak English . ”

“Very clean, nice and quiet hotel. Will definitely come back and stay again.”

“Prior to my arrival, I experienced a flight delay and used Expedia's "Contact Property" feature to notify the hotel that I would be arriving after midnight and would therefore require a late check-in. Having received confirmation of my booking and having already paid in full, I travelled to Shenzhen with the reasonable expectation that my reserved room would be available upon arrival. To my astonishment, when my brother and I arrived at approximately 3:00 a.m., the hotel reception informed us...

“Very difficult to find. No information from owner on how to find location. You have to go to floor 19, apartment 1916A. When I knocked on the door no one answered. A friendly staff for the building on the bottom floor called for me and at first no one answered - finally called back 20 minutes later and took me to room. No one spoke English so be prepared for that; communication is through WeChat. Room was okay, nothing special but relatively clean”

“The first my room was awful ( smelled like smoke, very small size for three people) i wanted to refund my money and then they changed my room ( it was little bit better) but still smelt smoke and the toilet had bad smell 😔😔 Generally the location was okay but it is look like ARBN not hotel 👍👍”

“出張で了解させていただきました。スタッフの対応も良く、安心して宿泊できました。”
